We have  topics for the next 6 months of Idea Club. Well, most of them. There was a three-way tie for the sixth spot so we will have a runoff. The winners are:

So, the Idea Club this month (on July 20, which is a week earlier than normal due to a scheduling conflict) will examine Cultures of Innovation. Here is the description:

A Culture of Innovation - How does innovation happen? Is it simply random  or can a formal process to support creativity be constructed? What would such a culture look like?
