Community to Community (C2C) Development 

Sustainable Path’s grant will help enable C2C to develop and implement the Tierra Y Agua Farmland and Watershed Stewardship Training Project, a training program in sustainable farm practices for emerging farmworker-owned farming cooperatives throughout Whatcom County and the Salish Sea region. http://www.foodjustice.org
